German 75mm Ammo for Anti-Tank Gun PaK 40

This set consists of nine pieces of cartridges (three pieces of each type) with cases and three cartridge cases extra.
There were three types of ammo for Pak 40 AT gun: standard armour-piercing shell Pzgr.Patr.39, sub-calibre armour-piercing shell Pzgr.Patr.40 and standard high-explosive shell Sprgr.Patr.34.
In Autumn 1942, when this gun appeared at Eastern front, it was a real blessing for German soldiers, who could destroy Soviet tanks from a safety distance at last. Then that gun was used in more and more tank destroyers and was an effective anti-tank weapon to the end of the WW2.
